This is a partnership event run by Oaklands School, West Thames College and the London Borough of Hounslow, with attendees from various services and organisations to showcase their offers and support ahead of annual reviews and phased transfer. This will be a great opportunity to build on your understanding on the process for phased transfer and the pathways and support available to yourself as a young person, or your child as a parent or carer.
